RWT-2000T

RWT-2000T is a corrosion and scale inhibitor designed for locomotive cooling systems. It meets ASTM D1384 with EMD modifications. RWT-2000T contains phenolphthalein as a leak tracer dye and active concentration can be monitored by the color, conductivity, or nitrite titration. It is compatible with antifreeze solutions such as ethylene or propylene glycol and should be added at the rate of 2.5 ounces per gallon. Spent solutions are biodegradable and non-toxic.
